Gygi had an especially close relationship with her grandparents and chose to write a folklore project on her grandfather Alvin M. Larsen. Included are stories of his childhood, his marriage, and his family. Project was created for Dr. Rudy's English 392 course taught at Brigham Young University in 1999.
The life and times of Emma Jensen / Angie Leal, 1986
Angie Leal collected and wrote the life story of Emma Jensen. Included are stories of her childhood years living in a log cabin near Nephi, Utah, her first marriage to Leonard Pitt (who was killed in a plaster mill explosion), her miserable marriage to a cruel man named Charles Jensen, and her love of animals. Project was written for an Honors 207R-011 class taught at Brigham Young University during Fall semester 1986.

Submitted by BYU student Nicole Black for her Fall 2010 English 392 class under Dr. Eliason. About fast food worker's social hierarchies and cohesion, and the experiences that solidify them. Contains a cover essay, autobiographical sketch, and informant's interviews about their customers, opinions on the uniforms, their easiest days and worst days, worst injuries received on the job, other people's opinions of their job, and wedding proposals.

Included are stories about her childhood, youth in Salt Lake City, Utah, meeting and marrying her first husband, Guy Glassford, living in Panama, living during the Great Depression, raising children, meeting and marrying her second husband Warren L. Stewart. Project was written for an English 667 class taught at Brigham Young University during Fall semester 1994.

This project is a collection and history of the experiences of Dale Freeze Jr., the collector's grandfather. The analysis gives a biography of Dale Freeze Jr. commenting on his birth, childhood, marriage, World War II experience, and family life. Project includes 4 pages of scanned photos of Dale Freeze's life. Also includes a printed biography written by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Bush Freeze.
