Typescript of an interview conducted by Ben Bahlmann on February 14, 1999 in Bountiful, Utah. The audiocassettes from which the interview was transcribed were retained by Bahlmann. Egan talks about his experiences in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He trained as a pilot and was sent to England. He flew 62 combat missions over Europe in a P-38 Lightning aircraft.

Typescript of an interview conducted by Ben Bahlmann on January 17, 1999 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Bahlmann retained the audiocassettes from which the typescript was made. Daniels joined the military shortly after the attack on Pearl Harbor. He was made a pilot and flew combat missions from England over other parts of Europe. He also dropped food for the hungry people of Holland.

Typescript of an interview with David E. Hawkins, conducted by Ben Bahlmann on June 16, 1999. The audiocassettes from which the transcript was made were retained by Bahlman. Hawkins was stationed with the Marines on the aircraft carrier, Enterprise, during the first months of World War II, and he participated as a gunner in the Battle of Midway. Later, he participated in the Battle of Peleliu.

Typescript of an interview with Donald E. Snow, conducted by Ben Bahlmann on January 8, 2000, in Provo, Utah. The audiocassette tapes, from which the interview was transcribed, were retained by Bahlmann. Snow served with the artillery with the 2nd Division of the United States Army during WWII. He landed at Normandy, France, on June 7, 1944, and participated in the Normandy campaign. He also fought in the Battle of the Bulge.
