Scope and Contents Subseries contains newspaper clippings, bills, letters, and legislative resolutions on virtually every bill, resolution, or amendment authored or co-sponsored by Senator Bennett during his Senate career from 1951 to 1974. Most files contain a copy of the bill, resolution or amendment, correspondence with colleagues in the Congress, constituents and special interest groups and source material on the issues.
