This series contains contracts and photocopies of contracts between the Angelaires and Howard Lanin Management, Columbia Artists Management, bus charter companies and a few states and counties. For seasons 1952-1953 and 1953-1954 there is a contract for every venue on their tours, with a handful from the 1957 tour. Dates range 1949-1958.

Scope and Contents This subseries contains timelines of the Angelaires members, dictating the dates and length of each member. There are histories that appear to be from the 60s - right after the group dissolved – and then timelines drawn up more recently. The more recent timelines appear to be created by Carol Baum. Scope and Contents This subseries contains press clippings from newspapers, the Musical America, and other periodicals. Materials include full periodicals, articles that have been cut out or photocopied, and typed biographies and histories for reporters. The majority of clippings were collected by the mother of one the ensemble members, between 1953 and 1957. The rest seemed to be collected by various members. This subseries consists of programs and promotional materials for the Angelaires concerts. The promotional materials vary between invitations to special events they performed at, flyers, and materials put out by the Community Concert Association. Some of the programs and photocopied programs have notes regarding the performance. There is no indication as to whom these belong to. Date range 1951-1957.

This subseries consists of tour itineraries for each season. They include details about dates, hotel names, concert locations, and estimated times.
