It includes administrative files, including correspondence and subject files, files on fund-raising and membership, as well as photographs of various athletic events, athletes, and Cougar Club functions. Contains a 16 mm film from approximately 1956 of the Brigham Young University (BYU) Color Guard, a basketball game, and a cougar hunt led by Oscar John Hansen. The cougar caught was later donated to BYU for use as the mascot in 1956.
