This collection includes a scrapbook from Indiana Bell Telephone Company to Robert N. Gayer called His Service Record, in wich there was room for Gayer to note information, add military orders, photographs, and room for phonographs. Also includes assorted maps, poetry, newspaper clippings, and a pin-up poster. Materials are dated 1941-1995.

Abstract

The folder contains a typewritten letter signed by A. P. Merrill and addressed to the Utah Stake Tabernacle in Provo, Utah, in 1913. The letter discusses the desire to switch from a flat rate power to a metered system in charging for electricity.

Much of the correspondence deals with Watkins's work in the Senate, especially his work with the McCarthy censure hearings. Some of the material covers Watkins's pre-senatorial years.
