Scope and Contents note From the Collection: This collection contains the papers of Representative Willard Hale Gardner as he served on the Utah State Legislature from 1973-1984. Because Representative Gardner was a part of the Senate Committee System, the collection’s series itself is mainly divided by the Senate Committee Systems. Series 1 through 17 are derived from the United States House of Representatives Committee Systems. Series 17 is for the correspondence that Representative Gardner received.
