Letter to BYU Broadcasting from C. LaVar Rockwood describing two riots that took place at Brigham Young University in the 1960s. The first occurred at the old football stadium and was protesting the shortening of the Christmas vacation. The second took place at Helaman Halls shortly after two dorms had been converted to house women and was known as the "panty raid." Ernest L. Wilkinson was involved in resolving the "panty raid."
Salt Palace, 1969, includes a number of flyers relating to the proposed construction of the Salt Palace Civic Auditorium. The flyers give floor plans, information, gifts' and bequests', policies, and an artist's rendition of the proposed Salt Palace Civic Auditorium.
Materials include one albumen photograph by C. R. Savage taken in approximately the 1870s. It is a photograph of the Garfield Beach Resort on the Great Salt Lake, with people swimming in the lake.
Contains a DVD titled "Ski Sport: Snapshots from the Past," a short film produced in 2006 by Alan K. Engen and his wife. The film overviews ski history with a partial focus on the intermountain region along the Wasatch Mountains of Utah.
