Three legal instruments from Illinois. Two of the items are letters of administration on the estate of the late Hugh White which were produced by the Adams County Probate Court. The third item is a bill of lading for articles being shipped on the Ohio River to Martin Baker, Jr. at Louisville.

Correspondence betweeen Rex N. Terry and LDS general authorities, including Franklin D. Richards, Spencer W. Kimball, Gordon B. Hinkley, Howard W. Hunter and others. Letters contain subjects such as Church administration, requests to teach African Americans, special funding requests, Church membership statistics, local government issues, travel arrangements, council and special requests. Collection also contains some rough drafts not sent by President Terry. Materials dated 1966-1969.
