This collection consists of a scrapbook kept by an unknown Mormon missionary while serving in the British Mission. It contains mission rules, quotes from Mormon Church and governmental leaders, jokes, poems, and songs. The purpose of the book was to be inspirational to its creator. Morst of the entries were typewritten, while the rest were written by hand.

Scope and Contents Papers about the emigration of Mormons from England to Utah. Writers of letters include Godfrey Lushington, Julian Pauncefote, M. J. Hoppin, A. F. G. Liddell, J. Vaughan, William M. Everts E. Y. N. Henerson. They are all men in service of the British government (in the United States Charge of Affairs), and correspond under the direction of the Queen of England. The British government's United States Charge of Affairs seems to be in a panic about the "evils" connected with Mormon immigration...

Includes financial documents, journals, address books, calling cards, and newspaper clippings belonging to the Tuttle family. Includes Clara Tuttle's patriarchal blessing. Also includes Garretty's Guide to Salt Lake City (circa 1890).
