Contains the cover and introductory pages of Norris's "The Tree Sequence." This was a special edition with an artistic design. It is unclear why the remainder of the book is missing. Also contains several receipts for book orders and a short pamphlet about the original Book of Mormon. Materials date around 1984 through 1997.
