Brief history of Ole Christian Andreasen
Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Ole Christian Andreasen was born in 1840 in Denmark and joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He migrated to Utah in 1865 and married Christiana Madsen in 1877.
Biography : Agnes Gillispie Crooks
Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Agnes Gillispie was born in 1810 in Scotland and married Thomas Crooks. She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and came to Nauvoo, Illinois. She migrated to Utah in 1850 and settled in American Fork.
Biography : Thomas Crooks and son James
Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Thomas Crooks was born in Scotland, married Agnes Gillispie, and joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Thomas and his son, James, fought in the battle of Nauvoo, Illinois. Thomas and James came to Utah in 1850 and settled in American Fork. Thomas was a blacksmith as was James, his son.
Biography : Charlotte Rudland Dansie
Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography. Charlotte Rudland was born in England 1829. She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to the United States in 1862. While on the way to Utah, she died in child birth at Pacific Springs, Wyoming, on 21 September 1862.
Biography : John Dickerson
Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. John Dickerson was born in 1827 in England and joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1854. He married Rugh Smith and had ten children. He migrated to Utah in 1871 and settled in American Fork. After his first wife died, he married Katie Burgess and had two sons by her. He died in 1891.
Biography of Joseph Dorton
Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Joseph Dorton was born in 1821 in England. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah in 1857 with the Evans' Handcart Company. He moved to Lehi and married Martha Clayton in 1858. He soon moved to Cedar Valley, Utah. He helped treat the Indian Chief, Black Hawk, when he was injured. Dorton died in 1898.
Biography of Martha Clayton Dorton
Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Martha Clayton was born in England in 1837, and her family soon joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She migrated to Utah in 1855 and later lived in Lehi. She married Joseph Dorton in 1857 and lived with him in Cedar Valley, Utah. She died in 1923.

Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. John Durrant was born in England in 1837 and joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1858. He migrated to Utah in 1861 and settled in American Fork in 1862. He married Jemima Berry Henson, Elizabeth Jane Ginger, and Kena Keys. He died in 1914.

Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography. Alice Fryer was born in England in 1853. She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah. She married Nephi Elsmore in 1873, and they had seven children. The family lived in American Fork, Utah, and she died in 1935.

Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography. Nephi Elsmore was born in 1850 in England. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah in 1868. He married Alica Ellen Fryer in 1873, and the new couple moved to American Fork, Utah. He died in 1911. Also included is a poem by Laura L. Timpson dedicated to the Elsmore family.
