Scope and Contents Harry's War (1981), directed and written by Kieth Merrill and produced by the American Film Consortium, was shot entirely on location near St. George, Utah, with a crew drawn primarily from Utah. The production was non-union, prompting disciplinary actions from several Hollywood IATSE locals. Cinematographer Reed Smoot shot the film in color using Panavision lenses and Panaflex cameras. Editors B. Lovitt and Peter L. McCrea handled the post-production. The film premiered on March 13, 1981....
