Contains a letter written by Arthur R. Watkins, son of Arthur V. Watkins, authorizing the copying of an interview with Watkins from March 18, 1974. It also includes what seems to be the title page for the Eisenhower Administration Project, conducted by Watkins in 1970, as well as a copy of an interview with Arthur V. Watkins by Ed Edwin from January 4, 1968.

Material contains a transcribed interview with Arthur Watkins regarding his service in the U.S. Army during World War II. He describes being in Austria as an Latter-Day Saint missionary when Hitler invaded and being in France when the war broke out. He tells of his Army assignment in Italy, his interactions with Germans, and being wounded in an accident. Dated October 18, 2001.
