John Everet letter to Brigham Young
Handwritten and signed letter, dated 8 Feb. 1869, and addressed to Brigham Young, second president of the Mormon Church. Everet writes to Young concerning a lot in Ogden, Utah, in which Young had shown interest. A notation is on the back of the item presumably in Young's hand advising Everet to occupy the lot because Young would not need it.
Facer family papers
Contains books, records, diaries, correspondence, and other documents from Joseph Facer's life, dealing mainly with his service in the LDS Church. Also contains Hill and Richards family books and a detailed history on the John Kenny and Agnes Hill Richards families and the Alexander Hill and Elizabeth Currie Hill families(the grandparents and great-grandparents of Emma Richards Facer, Joseph's wife).

Materials include a bound copy of fascimiles of pages 3-24 of the original manuscript of the Book of Mormon. These pages include what is now 1 Nephi, chapter 2, verse 2 through 1 Nephi, chapter 13, verse 35. Also includes a letter from J. Reuben Clark, Jr. to Wilford Wood written in 1958 regarding the document's production and to use in referencing the original manuscripts.

Photocopy of diary of John B. Fairbanks, covering the period between 1846 and 1847. Describes the Mormon evacuation of Nauvoo, Illinois, and the journey to the Salt Lake Valley. Includes financial transactions, genealogical information, a daily record of farm work, an account of family events, and other information.
Family record of temple work
Bound record book with printed and handwritten notes. The records document the Mormon temple work which was done for various members of the Lloyd family by proxy.
