Jörg Schmidt police report
One cassette sound tape in German with a typewritten transcript also in German. The item is Schmidt's account of an interrogation from the East German police relating to his Mormon Church activities.
Edward Schoenfeld autobiography
Holograph autobiography (three leaves), genealogy of the Schoenfeld and Springall families (two leaves), and a postcard of Tansberg, Germany, where Edward was born. Schoenfeld joined the Mormon Church in 1855, migrated to Utah in 1857, and settled in Provo. He married Mary Alice Springall and served as mission president to the Swiss and German Mission for the Mormon Church from 1870 to 1872. He also edited the Mormon Church magazine "Stern" while serving as mission president.
Thomas Jackson Schofield papers
Photocopy of a handwritten diary and patriarchal blessings, with a typescript of the items, detailing Thomas Jackson Schofield's life as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Thomas Jackson Schofield writes about his conversion in England and about his farming life in Nephi, Utah from 1859 to 1860.
School of the prophets
Handwritten meeting minutes of the School of the Prophets in Provo, Utah. The intention of the school was to educate members of the Mormon Church in doctrines of the faith. The topics discussed related to Mormon and to Provo topics. An emphasis was placed on getting workers to go to St. George, Utah to help construct the Mormon temple there.
Schow-Holt family history

The booklet outlines general information about Schow-Holt ancestors and specific stories regarding some of them. Stories about the family's time in Denmark and in Utah are present. Typewritten statement. Schwindiman writes concerning an observation made by Preston Nibley in the Mormon Church Archives relating aid given by Newell Knight to Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery while they were translating the Book of Mormon.
Andrew Hunter Scott autobiography and diary
Handwritten autobiography and diary. Also included is a typescript of these items. Scott served as a missionary for the Mormon Church to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey in the 1840s. He was also an early resident of Provo, Utah. Scott's autobiography covers his life to 1855, and his diary covers the years 1855 to 1859.
