Brigham Young University vice-presidential records
Contains correspondence and other materials related to the activities of the Associate Academic Vice-President for Faculty's office. It also includes information on forum speakers as well as forum attendance from the mid-1970s and early 1980s. Contains minutes from Faculty Rank and Status committee meetings; along with faculty evaluations and profiles from 1990-2004.
BYU Photo photographs
Contains negatives, contact sheets, photograph prints, and transparencies of images produced by BYU Photo and its predecessors between 1875 and 2010, with the bulk produced between 1968 and 2002. Includes images of Brigham Young University events, campus scenes and buildings, administrators, faculty and staff, awards, visiting leadership from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and theater, dance, and other performing groups.
Collection of Brigham Young University photographs
Contains assorted photographs of Brigham Young University students and faculty, including oversize photographs from the Alumni House. Materials date from between 1892-1948.
Department of Anthropology records
Contains administrative records from Brigham Young University’s Department of Anthropology including correspondence of the department, correspondence of the department chairman, faculty records, student records and various other administrative records pertaining to the department from 1941-1978. Also contains twenty-one reels of film of excavations from Ray T. Matheny, of the Department of Anthropology, from approximately 1980-1990, including work in Mexico.
Department of Humanities, Classics, and Comparative Literature records
Contains department meeting minutes collected from between 1973 and 1986 by faculty member George S. Tate. Also includes memorandums sent by Tate to Dean Richard H. Cracoft between 1983 and 1986, a nomination for the Ben E. Lewis Management Award, and notes, guidelines, student and faculty responses, and other materials used by Tate in the preparation of a self study report on the Department of Humanities, Classics, and Comparative Literature.
Department of Visual Arts records
Contains award information and donation financial records from the Brigham Young University Department of Visual Arts, as well as exhibit slides, brochures, outlines, drawings, correspondence, and other materials concerning student and faculty fine arts exhibitions, galleries, and other exhibition records. Materials date from between 1955 and 2010.
English Department records
Contains information and materials concerning various faculty members of the Brigham Young University English Department. Records included in this collection regard the appointment of faculty. Included are resumes, writing samples, letters, correspondence, memos and newspaper clippings.
Faculty Center personal financial plan packet
Materials include a copy of the Faculty Center personal financial plan packet given to retiring faculty at a meeting to talk about retirement. Dated 2012.
Harvey Fletcher family papers
Contains materials gathered by Maureen Meyer Fletcher for her masters thesis in film, which featured Harvey Fletcher, Sr. Materials include film reels, VHS tapes, audiocassettes, betacams, and other biographical information of Harvey Fletcher Sr. such as publications, photos, letters, and awards. The collection also includes materials from other Fletcher family members. Dated approximately 1884-1982.
