Handwritten and signed agreement dated 1 April 1797 in which Delassus agrees to pay Manuel Lisa, the Spanish fur trader, moneys in the form of silver and goods. Lisa signed the item as well.

Labbadie stated he will transfer title of four lots in St. Louis, Missouri, to Obadiah Osborn when $1,000 was paid to him. Osborn had three years to make the payment. In the meantime, the debt would accrue 8% interest per year.
