Scope and Contents Report sent to the duke of Terranova who was the governor of the state of Milan and captain of the Catholic army in Italy. The letter was written by the secretary of the pope and calls the duke back to duty in leading the Catholic army. The missive recognizes the many responsibilities relating to governing Milan, but the captain owes the pope much and duke's services are again needed in Rome.
