Photocopies of correspondence, literary manuscripts, newspaper clippings, and diaries. Also included are books with marginal notations. The materials relate to Roberts' research and writing.
Wesley P. Lloyd papers
The collection contains photocopies of seven journals dating from 1929-1958 and miscellaneous papers, 1939-1977. The papers are mostly published articles written by Lloyd on education and religious themes, and education in Japan.

Willis E. Robison journals
Handwritten missionary journals and typescripts. The items describe Robison's experiences while serving in the Southern States Mission of the Mormon Church. In particular the journal relates information about the slaying of John H. Gibbs and William S. Berry, two Mormon missionaries in the mission; the subsequent investigation of the slayings by Robison and his mission president B.H. Roberts; as well as other stories of persecution towards Mormons.
