Holmes writes about his life in Victor, Idaho, his relationship with his family which included four children, his activities as a drug store owner, his work as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon Church), and his participation in civic affairs. Blair Holmes, Harold's son, transcribed the materials into typewritten form.
