File contains various documents regarding the scout fund. File also includes a detailed finanical record of the fund for the calander year of 1938. File also contains numerous documents concerning a financial appeal organized by the scout movement to garner financial aid. The purpose of the appeal was to secure the financial future of the movement before the death of its founder Baden-Powell. Dated 1938-1939.
