Benjamin T. Blanchard autobiography

Notebook tells of Blanchard's conversion to the Mormon Church in Connecticut in 1844 and migration to Nauvoo, Illinois. From Nauvoo he joined the Mormon migration to Utah Valley and settled in Hobble Creek, Utah County, Utah. The notebook includes references to farming in the county, relationships with the Indians, and the Utah War.

Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography. Henry Boley and Barbara Hart were born in Berlin, Germany. Henry was born in 1795 and Barbara was born in 1793. They married and later came to Pennsylvania where they joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They later moved to Nauvoo, Illinois, and migrated to Utah in 1850. They finally settled in American Fork. After the death of Barbara, Henry married Mary Anderson. Dated 1944.

Brief history of Ole Christian Andreasen

Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Ole Christian Andreasen was born in 1840 in Denmark and joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He migrated to Utah in 1865 and married Christiana Madsen in 1877.

Scope and Contents note The collection contains Campbell's original handwritten journal where he describes his missionary experiences in Scotland; emigration to Nauvoo, Illinois; experiences traveling to Utah as a Mormon pioneer; and duties as a Mormon Church leader. Campbell also added to the end of his journal handwritten transcriptions of his missionary certificate, his appointment to the Glasgow Conference, and a letter to the Church in Wales from Franklin D. Angus M. Cannon diaries and letters

Scope and Contents

Collection includes three handwritten diaries dated 1885 to 1886 two letters from 1891. In his diaries, Cannon writes about his imprisonment at the Utah State Penitentiary for polygamy and his subseqent experiences as a stake president for the Mormon Church in Salt Lake City, Utah. His letters are addressed to his sons George and John, and to Levi Colvin of Payson, Utah. Photocopies and typescripts of the diaries are also included.

Photocopy of a handwritten list placed in a ledger book with the title, "Register of Births." Christensen lists the births of 463 children in Carbon and Emery Counties of Utah. She gives names, sex, nationality, color, date of birth, names of parents, and the location of the family's residence.
