Abstract

Photographs of cable cars from circa 1920 to 1940. The photographs were taken along railroad routes in the Salt Lake, Utah, area on which Bamberger electric trains ran. Most of the photographs have an urban setting with streets and/or buildings in the background. A few photographs depict trains crossing bridges or traveling through the countryside.
