Emma Lucy Gates Bowen papers

Correspondence, concert programs, music scores, and miscellaneous items. Includes correspondence of Bowen when she was in Germany as an opera singer from 1898 to 1914 and later when she was a voice and music teacher in Salt Lake City, Utah. Also included are letters from her husband, Albert E. Bowen from 1897 to 1923 and Lucy's agent, Catherine A. Bowman. Some of the materials relate to the Lucy Gates Opera Company.

Louise Steiner Elian papers

Also covered is Elian's concert career as a member of symphony orchestras and ballet companies as well as soloist appearing worldwide (1950-1986).

Photocopy of a typewritten list. This list indicates all the choir members at the time of the dedication of the Old Tabernacle in 1867. The tabernacle was dedicated by President John Taylor. The asterisks on the list indicate members who were still alive in 1926 when the list was compiled.
