Einar Erickson autobiography

Scope and Contents Photocopy of a handwritten autobiography. Erickson describes his early life in Iceland, his conversion to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, his migration to Utah, his return to Iceland as an Mormon missionary, and his life in Spanish Fork and in Cleveland, Utah. Also included is a lengthy poem in Icelandic.

Scope and Contents Correspondence, record books, pension petitions, certificates, pamphlets, articles of incorporation, poems, blessings, poems, and miscellaneous items. The materials relate to Farnsworth's activities particulary in the Mormon Church. Included in the collection are letters from the fourth president of the Mormon Church, Willford Woodruff, patriarchal blessings, letters relating to Mormon polygamy, and a book recording the work done in the Manti Temple of the Mormon Church.

Scope and Contents Typewritten autobiography, poems, correspondence, pamphlets, and a poem of eulogy presented at the time of his death stating many of Grant's accomplishments. Some of the items were signed by Grant and by others. In his autobiography, Grant writes about his experiences and his faith in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Warren Milton Hughes church papers

Scope and Contents Includes his Latter-day Saint infant blessing certificate, patriarchal blessing received from Presiding Patriarch Hyrum G. Smith, high priest ordination certificate, and a poem. Also includes pictorial priesthood lineage card for Cecil I. Birmingham, who ordained Hughes to be a high priest. Poem appears to be from Hughes's mission in the Southern States in the early 1920s, and contains humorous references to other missionaries.
