J. C. Wilson letters
Handwritten letters with typewritten copies. Wilson applies for his bounty for joining the army in Illinois. He also writes three letters about army life while stationed in Tennessee in November of 1864. Two of the letters were addressed to Samuel Kirkpatrick in Illinois. Also included is a letter to Kirkpatrick and his tax receipt for 1871.
Sven-Arthur Wiman bookplates collection
Consists of Wiman's extensive collection of bookplates from dozens of countries around the world and correspondence related to his collecting activities. Also includes a binder with Wiman's register for the collection and a scrapbook album containing clippings of a column written by Wiman for the Swedish-American newspaper Svenska Posten (Seattle). Materials dated approximately 1948 to 1977.
Winchester family papers
Materials primarily include correspondence between members of the Benjamin Winchester family. Some of the letters are written between family members who were visiting their grandparents in the Salt Lake Valley during the Civil War. The bulk of the correspondence is to and from Benjamin's oldest son, Savillian. Also includes business material and various receipts relating to Benjamin's life in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Dated 1864-1908.
Sarah J. Wines papers
Correspondence, ledger books, greeting cards, newspaper clippings, pamphlets, notes, photographs, and minutes. The ledger books relate to a curb and gutter service in Ogden, Utah. The correspondence relate to the final illness of Wines' husband, Ira Wines. Most of the materials relate to personal matters.
Albert William Winkler papers
Typewritten copies of letters, blessings, and a diary. The four letters were sent to Albert's brother, Wilford Winkler, when Wilford was on a mission for the Mormon Church in Switzerland. These items are from Albert and his wife, Emma Fowles Winkler. Also included are five Mormon Church blessings given to Emma and Albert. The diary covers the years 1907-8 and covers the time when Albert was on a mission for the Mormon Church in Switzerland.
Zelda Brady Winkler letters to Leota Brady Winkler
Collection contains handwritten and signed letters addressed to Zelda's older sister, Leota Brady Winkler, from 1982-2005. Zelda writes about family matters.
