Also contains "The Marvellous History of Joan of Arc" (typewritten with handwritten corrections, twenty pages long), and "Sermon on the Blessed Joan of Arc preached in the Cathedral at Rouen 8 May 1910" in French. Two articles and two letters. The items relate to an article published in the "Utah Historical Quarterly" in the Spring of 1974 by P. T. Reilly entitled "Kanab United Order: The President's Nephew and the Bishop." Young contends that the article was defamatory to his great-great uncle, John R. Young. The two letters are Loyd's complaint to the editors of the "Quarterly" and the reply by Glen M. Leonard.
