Byrl Brown Dorland newspaper clippings
Photocopies of newspaper clippings. The items are either by Dorland or about her and her work. Some of the materials deal with Dorland's interest in the career and grave of the American writer, Washington Irving (1783-1859).
Eugene Field poems
Handwritten poems and a letter fragment. The missive is from the bottom of a page with Field's signature on it. The poems are "In New Orleans" which is signed and "The Baby Prayer" from which the signature has been cut out.
The goat
Three items. Two of these are copies of the poem "The Goat." One copy is a typescript signed by the author, while the other is a copy of the poem in print. Also included is a signed, typewritten copy of the poem "Carpers."
