Collection contains personal and professional correspondence from Gina Bachauer, publicity and personal photographs, programs, clippings, articles, and other publicity materials for Gina Bachauer performances, itineraries, contracts, financial records and other administrative records concerning Gina Bachauer's career as a concert pianist, personal belongings and audio recordings of her work, and diaries and appointment books recording her daily activities, 1898, 1928-1989.

Collection contains the administrative records for the Gina Bachauer International Piano Foundation which includes audio recordings of performances and applicants, ephemera and publicity records regarding the International Piano competition, correspondence from various people and organizations regarding the foundation, and other materials relating to the Foundation and competition, 1958-2007.

Collection primarily contains the papers related to two book collections donated to BYU by John A. Taylor: the "Anthony Trollope (1815-1882) collection" and "Benjamin Disraeli (1804-1881) collection." Also includes correspondence, invoices, and business papers related to Mrs. Trollope's Bazaar; articles/essays relating to Trollope; two videos about Benjamin Disraeli; newspaper/magazine articles; and a CD containing a PowerPoint presentation by Mr. Taylor about book collecting.
