Josette B. Ashford papers
Contains Josette Ashford's personal scrapbook of photographs, postcards, correspondence and clippings detailing her life from the early 1920s until about 1999 and course materials as a professor of French and Italian at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Also included are linguistics research and publications, handouts, articles, news clippings, poetry, and literary/linguistic analysis note card files from 1951 to 1990. It also includes her life history.
Lorraine Morton Ashton collection on Ermel J. Morton
Collection consists of papers relating to the dictionary Ermel J. Morton, a Mormon missionary who went to Tonga, created from English to Tongan and Tongan to English, his accounts of his mission and translating the Book of Mormon, a history of his wife, a catalog of his materials from home, a typed copy of the talks at his funeral and a Tongan grammar book. There is also a book written about the time the family spent in Tonga.

Contains bound manuals, articles, and related materials produced by the Translation Sciences Institute. Includes information on Junction Grammar and automation of language translation. Materials date from between 1975 and 1979.
Doctrine and Covenants concordance
Collection contains a late nineteenth-century Doctrine and Covenants concordance in Pitman shorthand.
