Anti-Mormon lecture notes
Contains two notebooks of notes given at Anti-Mormon lectures likely given in Lancaster, Ohio in 1918. Speakers included Arthur C. Latimer and a Mrs. Williams. The notes document public addresses by disaffected Mormons about polygamy, temple rites, and other aspects of Mormon life.
Will W. Bowman papers
The Bowman papers include correspondence, inter-office memos, certificates, newspaper clippings, albums and scrapbooks, journalism class assignments, class lecture notes, editorial budgets, genealogy, photographs, publications, and memorabilia.
Charles C. Clayton papers
Newspaper clippings, correspondence, scrapbooks, club rosters, programs, and essays. Clayton wrote for the St. Louis Globe-Democrat newspaper. The materials relate to Clayton's work as a journalist and include many of his editorials and other reporting.
Charles C. Clayton papers
Correspondence, newspaper articles, letters received, cartoons, a Clayton family history, and short stories. Also included are typed drafts of articles written for the China Post newspaper composed while Clayton was a visiting professor of journalism for the Cheng Chi University in Hong Kong. The essays deal with the changes and modernization of China in the 20th century.

Collection includes six photographs of Charles C. Clayton at a banquet and one photograph of a baby, identified on the back as Charles Clayton. Dated approximately 1902-1960.
The country editor
Typewritten, signed draft of the article "The Country Editor" as submitted by White to "Harper's" magazine. Also included is the printed article in the magazine. The draft has editorial changes made in White's own hand. The article is about life in small towns in America and the impact the newspaper editor there has on the communiaty.
Don Searle
Typewritten biography of Don Searle with handwritten corrections. Don was a native of Spanish Fork, Utah who attended Brigham Young University from 1935 to 1940. Don served in the Navy during World War II and worked as a broadcast journalist. He was killed in an automobile accident in 1946 before he turned 29 years old. Clark attended Brigham Young University with Searle and relates what student life was like at that institution in the 1930s.
Eugene Field poems
Handwritten poems and a letter fragment. The missive is from the bottom of a page with Field's signature on it. The poems are "In New Orleans" which is signed and "The Baby Prayer" from which the signature has been cut out.
Kate Field letter
Handwritten and signed letter, dated April 21 of an unspecified year, and addressed to J. H. Holmes. Field writes about Mormon polygamy and about various anti-Mormon activities. Also included is a card stating that "Mormonism is organized Treason" which was signed by Field.
