Alma Greenwood diary and scrapbook
Handwritten diary and scrapbook. The journal was kept from 1 Jan. to 31 Dec. 1883 when Greenwood was serving as a missionary in New Zealand. He reports on his daily activities in entries that are often lengthy and detailed. The scrapbook was created by Alma's wife, Florence Greenwood. It contains newspaper clippings from the 1880s that relate to Mormons, Utah, and to national happenings.
John F. Heidenreich papers
Scrapbooks, correspondence, meeting minutes, typescript of a master's thesis, newspaper clippings, sermons, poems, diaries, and an autobiography published as "An Acorn Became an Oak." The materials deal with Heidenrich's life, career as a Congregationalist minister, his angelic visitations, and his conversion to the Mormon Church.
W. O. Robinson papers
A typewritten autobiography, a history, newspaper clippings, stories, plays, correspondence, poems, music, and photographs. The materials relate to Robinson's service to the Mormon Church, his early life in Farmington, Utah, the celebration of his 102nd birthday, and advice to his children. Box 1/folder 2 contains photos of Robinson.
William O. Robinson collection
This collection contains 5 color postcards, 56 color photographs, and 21 black and white photographs of the life of William O. Robinson in one folder. It contains black and white photographs as well as postcards. Images include family portraits, snapshots, vacation postcards in Europe and California, an MIA dance competition, and William O. Robinson at 102 years of age. An item description list is included in the collection.
Leah D. Widstoe papers
Newspaper clippings, magazine articles, correspondence, galley proofs of manuscripts to be published with handwritten corrections, and brochures on linen. Widstoe writes about the Word of Wisdom, various nutritional issues, and teaching. The correspondence deals largely with Leah's work with her husband while he was serving as the president of the European and British Mission of the Mormon Church.
Levi Edgar Young papers
Correspondence, journals, scrapbooks, lecture materials, published and unpublished manuscripts, memorabilia, and miscellany. The materials cover a large number of topics because of Young's involvement in religion, education, government (historical societies), and professional organizations. The diaries were kept while Young was serving as a missionary for the Mormon Church in Switzerland.
