Elaine Justesen collection on the Ruth Robinson Osborne family
Collection contains the missionary diaries of Edward Robinson; diaries, scrapbook, and papers of Ruth Robinson Osborne; and Ethel Ruth Robinson World War II correspondence. The collection dates 1907-1969.
Skaila Kanga papers
Collection contains materials collected by Skaila Kanga dating from approximately 1971 to 2005. Materials include concert programs both solo and ensemble, news clippings, promotional materials, festival brochures, photographs and publications of ensembles and orchestras Kanga participated in, including the Nash Ensemble. The collection also contains audiocassettes and compact discs of musical performances.
Harold A. Kundert collection on Brigham Young University
Compact disc containing a collage of images from Brigham Young University during the 1940s and a printout of that collage. Also includes a brief letter describing his experiences at the university as a Naval Cadet.
Woody Langley sound recordings
Contains five CDs of music from Republic Picture serials, including the Mysterious Doctor Satan, Spy Smasher, Captain America, Masked Marvel, King of the Texas Rangers, and Secret Service in Darkest Africa, all shows from the early 1940s. Materials dated approximately 1985-1997.
Learning Resource Center records
Contains slides from the Learning Resource Center documenting daily activities throughout the library. Also includes presentation slides from "Columbus's Excellent Adventure", as well as a CD containing pictures of the construction of the addition to the Harold B. Lee Library.
Robert M. Liddiard life history and oral history
Russell Magleby papers
Contains four scrapbooks that contain assorted memorabilia documenting Magleby's studies and athletics at Snow College and Brigham Young University; his service in a local bishopric; his career as a high school teacher, coach, and counselor; and his 60th wedding anniversary. Also contains an audiocassette recording and compact disc of Russell Magleby's life history and a transcript of the recording.
Manila Serenaders photograph and poster
Collection contains one 11 x 14 black and white photograph of the Manila Serenaders in front of the Utah Capitol building. It also contains a compact disc with the digital image of the 11 x 14 photograph as well as one of a color poster advertising a show at the Richmond Hotel in Salt Lake City for La Mar Vella and his Manila Serenaders Orchestra.
Sutcliffe Maudsley portraits
Pen-and-ink portraits of the first president of the Mormon Church, Joseph Smith (1805-1844), and his brother, Hyrum Smith (1800-1844). The items have been framed for possible display. The portraits may have been cut from something larger. The items were signed at the bottom of each picture and were dated 1844. Collection also includes digital scans of the items on compact disc.
Mission to Tonga : April 1957-November 1958 / Armand L. Glick
The collection is an account of the mission served by Armand L. Glick in Tonga between April 1956 and November 1958. It contains information on the missionary work in the Tongan mission, Glick's experiences there, and various cultural aspects of the Tongan people. Also included in the folder is a CD containing a digital copy of the printed document.
