Biography of William Rufus Rogers Stowell
Includes typewritten and handwritten biographies of William Rufus Rogers Stowell. Also included are typed excerpts from the biography and photocopies of an account of Stowell's death handwritten by his grandson, Earl Stowell. William Stowell was a convert to the Mormon Church. He lived in Nauvoo, Illinois, migrated to Utah in 1852, served in the Utah Militia during the Utah Expedition, served on missions for the Mormon Church, and went to Mexico to avoid prosecution for polygamy.
James H. Buck papers
Contains a journal from Buck's mission to England, some books regarding his mission, postcards, photographs, a booklet of newspaper clippings, and documents stating ordination and draft registration. Materials date from between 1886 and 1962.
Bush family papers
This collection, containing letters, journals, newspaper articles, and other family correspondence, has been organized into folders by year, starting in 1846 and ending in 1960.
East family papers
Contains reminiscences of Edward Wallace East, a letter written by Eliza R. Snow to Willmirth Greer East discussing the gospel in the mid to late-1800s, and other materials related to the East family.

William Greenwood papers
Contains twelve handwritten, signed letters which concern Greenwood's conversion to Mormonism in England, his immigration to the United States, activities in Nauvoo, Illinois, and the 1847 trek to Salt Lake City and American Fork, Utah. Also includes a bound autobiography (plus typescript) written between 1869 and 1884.
Adelia H. Hardin papers
Handwritten letters and miscellaneous papers. The materials relate to the Patty and Hardin families and include a sixteen-page letter by J. R. Hardin telling about his journey from Missouri to Salt Lake City, Utah. Some of the materials relate to the American Civil War. Many of the items were written in California and Missouri.
Isaiah Kempton letter to Asenath F. Sprague
Handwritten and signed letter from Kempton at Sunbury, Ohio to his sister-in-law Asenath Sweet of Strong, Maine. The letter discusses the Mormon migration and polygamy.
