Jedediah Stanley Anderson papers

Scope and Contents

Correspondence, certificates, journals, newespaper articles, pamphlets, magazines, notes, and personal items. The correspondence is between Anderson , his family, friends, and leaders of the Mormon Church. Many of the items deal with personal and family matters. The diaries are in six volumes and include genealogical items. The newspaper clippings relate to Anderson and his family.

Hyrum L. Andrus book drafts

Scope and Contents

Typewritten book drafts with handwritten corrections. One of the drafts is for Andrus' book "Doctrinal Commentary on the Pearl of Great Price" which was first published in 1960. The other draft is of his book "Joseph Smith: The Man and the Seer" which was first published in 1967. Andrus comments on the Mormon scripture, the Pearl of Great Price, and writes a biography of Joseph Smith, the first president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Clawson Y. Cannon papers

Scope and Contents Contains the papers accumulated by Clawson Y. Cannon during his life and career. Those papers include family histories, photographs, letters, official correspondence, missionary accounts, personal journals, patriarchal blessings, and Cannon's publications and research. The majority of the papers come from his work as an animal husbandry professor at Brigham Young University, as a government worker in Lebanon, and as a husband and father. Charles C. Clayton papers

Helen Hunt Jackson papers

Handwritten and signed letters, poem, and manuscripts. The letters deal with personal and business matters. The manuscripts are leather bound holographs of Jackson's works "Christmas in the Pink Boarding House," "Passion Play at Oberammergau," "The People's Choice," and "Parson Williams Sabbath Breaking." Also included are a signed poem titled "Lifted Over," and a book by Jackson titled "Colorado." Also includes an image of Helen Hunt Jackson.
