Scope and Contents Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. William E. Bate was born in 1846 in England. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah in 1859. He settled in American Fork and died in 1907 in Rigby, Idaho.
