Anthony Armstrong papers
Autobiographical materials, publishers' correspondence and contracts, and manuscripts for literary works. Anthony Armstrong flourished from 1924 to 1976 and was known for writing in several literary genres, including historical, humorous, crime, and country novels; humorous short stories; drama; nonfiction works; and film and radio scripts.
Henry A. Boller diaries and papers
Handwritten letters and diaries by Boller and his wife, Mary. The diaries discuss personal affairs. The letters deal with both personal and professional issues and document the literary career of Mary Boller.
Exponent II records
Contains materials from Exponent II, including minutes, photographs, scrapbooks, and articles. Materials were produced during the meetings, retreats and parties, and publications of the members of Exponent II in the greater Boston and New England area. Dated 1974 to 2001.
Maurice G. Fulton letters
Three typed and signed letters dated August/Sept. 1931. These items are addressed to the Associated Press in Santa Fe, New Mexico and discuss findings and research by Fulton about Billy the Kid (William H. Bonney). Included in the letters are typescripts of materials from newspapers and letters concerning the Kid.
Hamlin Garland letters
Five handwritten letters and postcards written by Garland to his friends Mary Jamiesen Judah and her husband. The items relate to personal matters between Garland and the Judahs.
L. P. Hartley letters
L. P. Hartley letters
Handwritten and signed letters addressed to Reginal Littleboy from 1921 through 1969. Littleboy was a life-long friend who lived in Sussex, England. The letters relate many of Hartley's life experiences, reflections on associate authors, and also comment on writing.
Helen Hunt Jackson papers
Handwritten and signed letters, poem, and manuscripts. The letters deal with personal and business matters. The manuscripts are leather bound holographs of Jackson's works "Christmas in the Pink Boarding House," "Passion Play at Oberammergau," "The People's Choice," and "Parson Williams Sabbath Breaking." Also included are a signed poem titled "Lifted Over," and a book by Jackson titled "Colorado." Also includes an image of Helen Hunt Jackson.
Will James letters to Clem Yore
Collection of handwritten letters by Will James to Clem Yore, which primarily discuss James' writing and illustrating career. Some of the letters contain examples of James' illustrations, one of which is an original pen and ink drawing.
