Handwritten short stories. These are original manuscripts of the stories "Now Sleeps the Crimson Petal" and "The Birthday." These items include handwritten corrections made in the texts. Also included are newspaper clippings that document Bates' life and career.
Kenneth Mead and Barbara Mackey Ogilvie letters
The collection contains letters mainly from Eve Ball to Barbara and Kenneth Ogilvie, spanning the years 1972 to 1984. Topics are mostly about life and health updates, though some content discusses Eve's publications and research on Native Americans. Collection also includes envelopes, clippings, and four color slide photographs of Eve Ball's home. Includes an April 1984 newsletter from the Lincoln County Historical Society.

Camille Fronk Olson papers
Contains manuscripts and notes for Camille Fronk Olson. These writings include drafts for Olson's book entitled Mary, the Mother of Jesus. It also contains notes and research about Bathsheba and Rahab. The manuscripts and notes were written between 2012 and 2014.
