Collection contains scores and other material contain multiple computer-printed scores and sets of parts, manuscript scores and sets of parts, photocopies of published scores, and onionskin copies of Cundick's musical works. Multiple, variable copies exist for a single piece. Also included are correspondence and select CD and DVD recordings of his music, of both professionally-recorded and non-commercial varieties. The materials in this collection span from 1948 to 2013.

Includes original, photocopied, and published music scores by De Azevedo, composed for musical and film productions with Latter-day Saint (LDS) themes. Also includes recordings of music scores in the following formats: audiocassette, audiotape, videotape, compact disc, and phonograph record. The collection sheds significant light on the development of the LDS popular music genre.

Contains ten CDs of interviews with Dan Franklin, a photocopy of Max Steiner manuscript of a theme from "A Summer Place," titled "Molly and Johnny," a CD of Max Steiner recording session outtakes, and a CD of guitar recordings of Steiner scores.

This collection contains correspondence including between Helen and her husband, photogrpahs, newspaper clippings for Grant Johannesen, a scrapbook of Helen's funeral services, hand written notebooks and sketches of musical scores, and digital printouts of scores , program notes, University of Utah and Julliard diploma certificates, a CD of recordings of Helen Taylor compositions, and other papers relating to Helen Taylor, 1937-2003.
