Contains a canvas portrait of Harrison R. Merrill painted by J. Roman Andrus. Dated June 26, 1941.

Collection is composed of 69 lantern slides dating from approximately 1888 to 1950. The majority of the slides are photographs of paintings by John Hafen. There are also two slides of a painting by Rose Hartwell and two slides of paintings by John Hafen's son, Virgil Hafen. There are also two portraits on John Hafen, one by Will Vawter and the other photographer not identified. There is also a photograph taken by George Edward Anderson of John Hafen's son, Joseph, and John's wife, Thora.

Contains photographs, clippings, scrapbooks, ledgers, correspondence, and poetry produced by Culmer. Materials document Culmer's art production and sales, as well as his work as a mining agent and author. Also includes photograph albums of the Culmer family, and a small collection of watercolors by Culmer and his son H. Wells Culmer. Materials date from between 1874 and 1914.

Collection of eight artistic renderings of Moses created by Arnold Friberg as commissioned by Cecil B. DeMille for the 1956 film The Ten Commandments.

Framed image depicting a small dwelling with a young man lying on the ground in front, holding a book. The structure, located near the campus of Brigham Young University, was called the Granary. A number of students who were involved in literary pursuits at the university lived in the Granary and nearby dwellings.

Contains a portrait painting of Jim Bridger painted by Menchaca in 1971.

Framed painting signed by the members of the 94th Congress House of Representatives at the bicentennial year. The collection dates 1976.

Collection contains publicity and prints of paintings done on weathered wood with Native American and western themes. It also includes the famous "Iwo Jima" piece (signed) finished Sept. 10, 2001, and later presented to President George Bush. This print was signed about a year later at the reunion of the 4th Marine Division on Iwo Jima during the historic battle.

Contains a painting of Brigham Young's home in Salt Lake City, Utah and some of the surrounding landscape painted in 1861.
