These are research materials used by Susan Easton Black in an academic capacity. She collected these materials in circa 1988 to research the history of the early saints of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They consist of geneological records, church ordinance records, family lists, and biographical notes pertaining to church history.

Bound history of the Lindsay and related families. The volume includes genealogical material and maps of various areas in Great Britain (home of some of Susan Easton Black's ancestors). She describes the temporal and spiritual experiences of her ancestors.
Oral history interview with Larry C. Porter
Collection contains an audiocassette and printed transcript of Susan Easton Black's interview with Larry Porter on his personal history. The oral history covers Larry C. Porter's time at Utah State University in 1951, his dealings with Truman Madsen, and his time as a member of the faculty at Brigham Young University. Materials dated January 2007.
