Scope and Contents Collection of laws relating to the city of Hamburg, Germany regarding legal municipal matters of the late sixteenth century and early seventeenth century. The bound manuscript in hand is incomplete and starts with section eight. There is reason to believe that a Matthiae Sluter had something to do with the collection, but his role is uncertain.

Scope and Contents This manuscript is materials that were collected from Reinhard's lectures and major studies by "Ludovico Christophoro Edmanno Libero Barone de Seckendorff." It was prepared for publication in 1753 but apparently was never put in print. The text was probably designed to be used in college courses as an introduction to world history.

Holy Roman Emperor Charles VII acts and protocols

Scope and Contents Handwritten acts, protocols, and proceedings in German of a Diet of the Holy Roman Empire that met in Frankfurt am Main in 1741. While Charles VII was not officially Holy Roman Emperor until 1742, the meetings were apparently held under his authority. Some headings are in Latin.

John W. Welch chiasmus papers

Also includes Welch's correspondence with scholars, publishers, and readers regarding the impact and reception of his work. Dated 1787-2011, bulk 1953-2011.
