Biographical / Historical

Alley Stephen Rose was the President of the Latter-day Saint Church 56th Quorum of Seventies, 1897-1900; a delegate to the National Irrigation Congress, 1905; director of Farmington Shepherd and Haight Creek Companies; and Davis County, Utah Commissioner and Sheriff.
