Scope and Contents
Photocopies of letters and newsclippings along with a chronological list of the movies filmed by Victor Milner. The letters were exchanged between Victor Milner and various parties. The newsclippings describe the time he was detained by the Russians for a few days with his son, Victor milner Jr., in Weimar, East Germany.

Movie cinematographer who worked on 129 film productions during his career, 1915-1953. He won the Oscar for photography in 1934 ("Cleopatra") and was one of Cecil B. DeMille's favorite directors of photography.
