Biographical / Historical

Arthur H. Welch was born April 8, 1926, in Cowley, Big Horn, Wyoming, to Frederick Arza and Nora Clyde Huff Welch. He was enlisted in the United States Army during WWII. He married Dixie Ann Jones and attended Brigham Young University. Arthur H. Welch was interested in drama performance and wrote about the history of drama in Manti, Utah.
