A VHS tape labeled, "H. Ted Price Collection; 1948-49." The video shows H. Ted Price on his mission and a few other young men, showing the members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and landscapes within the Central Pacific Mission post- World War II. Locations include Japan and Hawaii. Dated 1948 to 1949.

Biographical Note
H. Ted Price (1925-2010) was one of the first missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to Japan.
Ted Price was born Harrison Theodore Price on June 3rd, 1925 in Atlanta, Idaho. During WWII, he served as a Marine in Japan, and on returning home, he attended the University of Utah. In 1948, Ted was one of the first five missionaries in the recently opened Japan mission, where he served for four years. Ted married Ramona Calvert in the Hawaii Temple in 1951. Worked as the District Director for the Immigration and Naturalization Service covering all of Asia. Later in life, he served as the Tokyo Japan Mission President, and as the Mission President of the Japanese Missionary Training Center. Ted died in Murray, Utah on April 19, 2010.
