Contains volumes 2 and 3 of the journal of Marcia Hammond Ogden titled "Life and Thought of Marcia Hammond Ogden", covering her life from 1977-1990. Includes account about living in Jerusalem with her husband and family while her husband worked at the BYU Jerusalem Center for 14 years, and accompanying her husband while he was the mission president of the Chile Santiago East Mission. Biographical History
Marcia Hammond Ogden (1949-) is the wife of D. Kelly Ogden, and served with him at the BYU Jerusalem Center and in various church callings.
Marcia Hammond Ogden was born in 1949. She graduated from Brigham Young University in Elementary Education. She married D. Kelly Ogden and together they have 4 children. They worked and served in Jerusalem at the BYU Jerusalem Center for 14 years. She later returned to the United States and received a Master's teaching certificate in TESOL and taught at BYU until her husband was called as president of the Santiago Chile East Mission and later the Guatemala MTC.
