Biographical History

Sarah Jane Mills (1873-1948) was a Mormon housewife in Illinois and Utah.

Sarah Jane Rentfro was born on September 15, 1873 in Vienna, Illinois to Francis Asbury Rentfro and Martha Catherine Reynolds. She married Pleasant Nathan Mills on August 4, 1891, and they had two children. In 1927 she joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. After the death of her husband in 1942 she moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, where she died on April 5, 1948.
