Contains a collection of videotapes and papers relating to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and history, experience, and events from outside the United States of America. Includes information about the church in the British Isles and Germany, talks, and eulogies by and for General Authorities. Also includes a set of prints and posters of Germany.

Biographical History
B. William Silcock was a reporter, writer, director and producer of films for BYU. He focused particularly on the experiences of Latter-day Saints in countries other than the USA.
